Step 1: Fill Out the Online Interest Form

Click the Google Form link below to let our Registrar's Office know you're interested in enrolling at Cumberland Academy or The Leadership Academy (TLA).

2025-2026: Kindergarten-2nd Grade Application

Step 2: Wait for an Email from Us

After you submit the form, one of our registrars will contact you by email to let you know if a seat is available for your child’s grade.

If a seat is available, you’ll receive an enrollment packet with instructions and a due date.
If you need a printed copy, no problem! We’re happy to provide printed packets — just let us know, and you can pick one up from the appropriate campus.
Tip: Make sure we have a current email address on file — most of our communication is done through email.

Attention all current students: You do not need to fill out the new application available on the website. However, if you are looking to enroll a sibling, please complete the online application. Please note that although siblings will receive priority over the public, it does not guarantee them a seat in the program.
